Dr. Justin Hoggard, the president of Coastal Bend College, opened the devotion ceremony by lauding the operate the two brothers and their loved ones have done in the neighborhood.

Luis and Joe Henry the two grew up with large anticipations from their loved ones. Linda Vasquez, the daughter of Joe Henry and Elsa Alaniz, also spoke really of her father and uncle’s function ethic.
